A dark ground floor opened to the garden

Several small rear rooms and a poorly planned kitchen made a Victorian terrace feel disconnected. Working with the engineer's design, we formed the new opening, rerouted services and fitted a practical kitchen around the retained period details, creating a single bright room without losing useful storage.
